Scrambled Eggs


4 eggs
2 Herbo oregano cubes
Fresh rocket leaves

1. Break the eggs in a bowl and mix them until homogenized.
2. Pour the Herbo Cubes into a saucepan until melted.
3. Once melted, add the egg mixture.
4. Stir with a soft spatula for 30 seconds rubbing its base pot mainly the corners and pull them eggs from the fire.
5. Add salt and pepper at the end.
6. Serve the scrambled eggs hot and creamy on toasted bread and garnish with some fresh rocket
