
Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients:
4 chicken fillets (approximately 220g each)
2 onions (red)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
220g of yogurt
4 tbsp. sweet paprika
170g grated cheese (preferably)
4 herbo cubes rosemary and thyme
Olive oil
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the onions and peppers into irregular pieces.

Cover the surface of the pan with olive oil.

Put the vegetables in the pan.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, paprika and grated cheese until smooth.

Melt 4 Herbo Cubes and add them to the yogurt mixture.

Finally, take the fillets from the chicken and spread them with the mixture from the yogurt and place them on top of the vegetables.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes, in the air.
